Our Hong Kong offices manage all of our overseas communications, quality assurance, manufacturing, and engineering, with a complete office staff including engineers and quality inspectors. One hundred percent of all overseas manufacturing is overseen by our own quality inspectors. Local engineers deal with manufacturing problems directly — utilizing the region’s language — right on site. We also perform audits on new factories to ensure each meets our standard of excellence.

Just as important, long-term, collaborative alliances are in place with key suppliers to maximize the benefits of strategic sourcing. Supplier relationship management is critical in order to control quality and timeliness while satisfying the evolving needs of our customers. We also own all specialized tooling required to produce our fixtures.
